PS5 Game Crashing - Was working Fine

I keep getting error CE-108255-1 on my PS5. I played D4 for 8 hours then all of a sudden it hung up, crashed and now it happens over an over. I was standing in town looking at my abilities and it threw me out and it has not worked since.

Brand new PS5. I have uninstalled/reinstalled D4. Rebuilt the PS5 database, reset the console completely. Trying making suggested graphic adjustments, etc. I have a gigabit internet connection with verified connection to the PSN network. I was able to play all last night and for 2 hours tonight. Frustrated.

Bumping this post. 100$ and the game is unplayable

I’m having the same issue. Periodically crashes for no apparent reason. Can you provide me with a FREE PC VERSION? At least that version seems to be bug free.

you must have not seen the several posts on pc stating the exact same problem, we are alot of people getting crashes back to back since launch

Im on PC and im getting constant crash a lot after update as well.

This error code is the same one im dealing with on PS5 as well. I do get some random crashes, but the most consistent crash that i noticed is when im doing this event quest where i have to kill channeled mobs before it gets to the thing in the middle.

I am having the same issue except I was never able to play… my PS5 version never worked. Installed today (tried both CD and digital) and within 5-10mins of doing anything (character creation, leveling up to lvl 3) it would crash. PS5 would buzz, green screen or white screen then crash.

It didn’t matter if I uninstalled and reinstalled.

Yes, I have the exact same issue with diablo on PS5. I played 6hours last night perfectly but today it didn’t let me play for even 5minutes. and it happens to all my games now.
is it a curse for diablo players? Hell welcomes all?? after all its the most demonic game ever built. :slight_smile:

I am having the same issue! I never got kicked during BETA. But for the last week & half approximately I get kicked from game at completely random different times doing different things. To date I have tried Checking updates for console & game both were current of course! I have uninstalled the game and every app & other game, then reinstalled again it didn’t help! I have just D4 only on my PS5 at the moment. I have went into safe mode cleared cashe and rebuilt database! Didn’t help! I reset my router and tried using port forwarding & also tried DMZ on router / gateway! guess what? Also didn’t help! Sony support suggested I should try disabling the HDCP which I did. They also suggested changing my language to English US. It already was but I changed it , then changed it back to make sure! Neither suggestions helped! I haven’t dont full console reset yet but I will here shortly but I am positive its not a PS5 issue its something in code on Blizzards end. I have super fast reliable internet and stream movies play 100s of hours of other ARPGs & MMOs with ZERO issues EVER! Sometimes I get and hour or 2 max some times it happens 3 x in 1 hour. I tried to submit a battle.net support ticket / complaint but didn’t see an option for PS5 just PC. I haven’t heard anything yet from Blizzard pertain to this particular issue we are having. I see mostly PC based support and acknowledgments on Twitter feed. You think someone from Blizzard would look into this and give us at the very least a “we are looking into & working on it” but so far I haven’t seen it. Hope someone figures it out soon because a $100 for a game that does this is beyond disappointing and put a huge blemish on the D4 experience as a whole!

Any fix yet? I’m having same exact issue.

Unplayable, I just want my money back. Who do I contact? A crash every 5 minutes.
