Ps5 crashes (just hard shuts down console). I’m sure this is not great for the longevity of my console. I’m tired of running this through the forums and would appreciate some technical support or acknowledgement of the problem from dev team. I’m in game for 20 mins just waiting on the crash and then it enviably happens and after that the crashes come faster and faster. Its not fun playing with a looming crash. Takes everything away from the experience. I’ve tried all the recommended steps to fix but the problem persists.

Ruined my ps4 doing that. I refuse to install it on my new ps5. Sony wont refund. I got scammed. They wont get another penny from me ever again.
