PS5 Friend Request not working

This season it seems like I cannot add any friends. I took about a month off before this season started but was working before I took a month off. This is what I usually do:

  • Hit the triangle button to pull up the add friend
  • Hit the x button to type in the name
  • Type in the name and number with controller or keyboard. Hit done when on controller and enter when on keyboard
  • This then put what i typed in the other screen into the add a friend box. I then hit the triangle button (send request). After I do this the screen closes like usual, BUT i do not see the text saying that request went through and the “Add A Friend” box comes right back.

Any help would be great

Bonjour, je suis sur XBOX séries S et depuis 2 saisons je n’arrive plus à envoyer de demandes d’amis via l’onglet social sur Diablo 4. Je peux e faire inviter, mais lorsque moi je fais une recherche de joueur avec Y, l’invitation ne s’envoie pas. Merci d’avance pour votre aide.
