Turning the PS5 off and on again seems to help a bit.

Same on Xbox series-S I feel downgraded after patch.
Same here - very noticeable stuttering on PS5. I turned off VRR which seems to have helped a bit.
Edit: After a bit of play, looks like that might have been placebo - it’s just about as bad. In town it’s hellish.
On PS5 as well, same story, game began to stutter all of a sudden after latest patch, I can’t even run through Kurast Bazaar with smooth fps now.

Idk what it is but there’s screen tearing near the bottom of the screen with VRR ON after the update. At the chest room in Infernal Hordes, after beating the council the screen always tears even though it’s more than 60 fps. Truly bizarre.

Yes, nauseating in some spots, so bad!
Also, there is now screen flicker on some screens. Open the map then press right on plus pad, and watch the party find screen flicker. Not sure if this is an HDR bug or if it’s something else, but it keeps flashing/blinking.
It doesn’t do this everywhere in the game, thank god, but I’ve seen it on multiple menu screens.
I confirm, since the last update for Ps5 it feels like a hook and decreases the fps 
In my case, it helped to turn off the hdr option on the TV.
(Ps5 fat, LG oled tv)
