I’m using my PS5 Controller on PC via USB, and the game keeps reverting to mouse and keyboard randomly. It could be 5 mins into the game, it could be 1 hour into the game. It will not switch back to the controller once that happens. I have to exit the game and open it again, and then it starts working again. I have exited all the background programs I can (ie Steam, nvidia geforce experience). Only app running is the Blizzard launcher and Diablo. I thought maybe the battery is dying so I bought a separate charger and it still happens. Any ideas?

Has anyone got back to you on this? It keeps happening to me as well. I’ve died a couple times because of this happening during a NM dungeon :(.
