Pretty sure I’ve finished the prologue. Met the high priest and left the first major town…
How do i get the second player to join? Says press to join but then nothing happens. They have a linked Battle.net account.

I have the same issue - Player 2 not able to join couch co-op. I have linked my battle.net account with my PSN account, and have created 2 characters under Player 1’s diablo 4 game. Player 1 has reached Kyovashad, and I understand that this is where Player 2 should be able to join and that there is a known error that Player 2 may have difficulties joining during the prologue, but we have passed that stage now. When Player 2 signed out of PSN I get error code 300010

Oh so they dont get to make a character? You made a second on your account?
My boyfriend is P1, and I read somewhere (trying to trawlback through and will add the link when I find it)
- that P2 has to have their battle.net account linked with their PSN account: TICK!
- P1 has to get past the prologue - TICK
- P1 needs to create a 2nd character - TICK
and when P2 joins they can join as that 2nd character - only it still isnt letting me join 
I will try to find that page that says this - hopefully I haven’t mis-read it in my haste to try to find the solution.
Yeah - Maybe I misunderstood and it is saying that there need to be 2 characters to play 2player 
this isn’t letting me add the link for some reason but its on game8 archives, 408334 if you google that it will appear like magic
