PS5 characters not showing up on PC despite proper account linking

Hi,

I recently started playing Diablo IV on PC, but I noticed that my characters from the PS5 are not showing up. I’ve already confirmed that my Battle.net account is correctly linked to both my PS5 and PC.

I contacted support and they confirmed that no other Battle.net account was linked to my console in the past 91 days and that there’s only one level 50 character on my account. However, I’m certain I had more characters created while playing on PS5.

I’d like to request help investigating this potential bug, as it may be related to cross-platform syncing or possible character data loss.
