I was trying to get the platinum of the diablo IV of ps5 since I was missing few trophies but I realized that I have a bug that prevents me from getting the tourist trophy of the estuary that consists of exploring the entire map I have done it but the game does not detect me that I have explored the region of hawezar and therefore does not give me the trophy
Pd.I have reported this several times and have not received a solution or response. In addition, more people have responded to some of my posts saying that this also happens to them. I hope this reaches someone in support soon because practically all I need is that platinum trophy and I would like to have it.
