PS4/PS5 Trophies unobtainable

Hey there,
unfortunately since a while some playstation trophies are glitched and thus became unachievable!!

Let me explain: I play the game on both platforms PS4 and PS5. Now, as soon as you unlock a trophy on one of the platforms, this exact trophy becomes UNOBTAINABLE for the other platform even if you redo everything and meet the requirements again. The problem is not auto-popping, it is that those trophies are completely blocked and thus become unobtainable.

Affected trophies are (as far as I know):

  • Chaotic Whispers: Open 10 caches of chaos from the tree of whispers
  • Devoted Protector: Reach level 100 with any character
  • Master Combatant: Get 5 PvP kills
  • Living Nightmares: Complete a sacred and ancestral nightmare dungeon

Please Blizzard adress this issue! Thanks a lot!

I have the same issue. I completed all trophies on PS5 initially, now I am locked out of the 4 trophies in the OP on PS4

Can confirm. I have video proof of hitting level 100 again on a character and yet no trophy. Hope it gets fixed soon since this glitch made me close the game and never open it again… Felt like betrayal when it didn’t pop after 100 hours of grinding to get to level 100 again…

Unfortunately, Season 2 Update did not fix this issue :frowning: . Still blocked to achieve any of those trophies…

Can confirm that the trophies are still blocked and unobtainable. Blizzard, its not just an auto-poping issue, the trophies are completely BLOCKED!!!
This is broken since a couple of month now, without any response… Please help

If the trophies are already obtained on one platform, become unobtainable on other platform, while some autopop. I wish there was a fix for the sake of consistency.

This issue seems limited to PS4/PS5 cross progression. I was able to unlock all achievements on the Xbox version of the game using the same account (levelling a new character to level 100 in season 2) by repeating all of the requirements for achievements that did not autopop when playing for the first time on Xbox.

I am still locked out of 4 trophies on PS4 (the ones in the OP).

same problem due to switching from ps4 to ps5. I cannot obtain my trophys. :frowning:

Hello!
I unlocked all trophies on the PS5 version then logged in to the PS4 version.
I thought the trophies were supposed to unlock again but they did not fully unlock. Only 7 out of 26 did unlock.

Every trophy other than Emancipation, Turning the tide, First aid, Wordly slayer, Estuar sightseer, True perseverance, End of the first mother DID NOT UNLOCK.

As the ingame achievements for all the other trophies are already completed there is no way of unlocking them again!
There is clearly an issue which seems to be going on for quite a while.

[PS4] I’ve killed more than 5 on PvP, but trophy is still unachieveable/blocked on PS4.

The World Exploration Challenge for Hawezar is stuck as “Not Started” despite having explored both regions fully. This is causing the Estuary Sightseer trophy on PS5 to not pop and effecting my ability to get the platinum trophy. Any help with this would be greatly appreciated

I have the same issue and I can add few more trophies being locked on the other platform:

  • Shifty Swipes
  • Army of Bones
  • In and Out
  • Master of the Elements
  • Convenient Crafts

I really regret buying this game.

I played through on the PlayStation 4 with one character and then started new game with different character on the PlayStation 5 and I am not getting any trophies for that character at all, since playing on the PlayStation 5 I have not received one single trophy for anything the only ones that popped up were completing the game, that transferred over from the PlayStation 4 but I am not getting any of the trophies that I didn’t even get on the PlayStation 4

For me its crazy that there is still no fix of this problem. There is not even any news about it…

We need a fix on this please. I can’t get my platinum as the trophies I unlocked on my PS4 can no longer be unlocked on my PS5.
I hope you respect your trophy hunting players as well.

I can’t believe there is still no fix.
So many people are blocked from getting trophies because of this issue.

Please solve this! This topic is existing since multiple months already.

You’re a big company Blizzard…FIX IT. Never had an issue like this with any other game with PS4/5 trophies, it’s always simple. While you’re at it, let us play the campaign offline.
