Wife has PS4 Pro and i have OG PS4. The game will freeze around 20 to 30 minutes. Most times when fighting boss’s or large groups of monsters. Will only freeze on one of our systems not both.
Tired of the excuses, just fix the problems.

Mine also freeze up or errors every 15 to 20 mins.

Ps4 Pro + D4 + Ethernet direct + latest Patch 1.0.9 I think
Game freezes since latest update.
On restart the coop character was made invalid - need to make a new one (lost everything)
Single player freezing also
- Checked updates, cleared cache, rebuild database (NA)
- Not over heating hardware etc.
Can play D3 without issue after D4 freeze / eject disc / insert D3 - keep playing.
No error code - available
Needs work team
See several Patches /updates for the ‘Shop’ (wtf)
If you dont fix the game play - freezing on PS4 and corrupting (deleting) characters you wont need the shop for long. Come on team - this games needs to be awesome - its a cult thing.

I’ve noticed that turning off crossplay helps to a certain degree, but doesn’t fix it. Constant lag and stuttering entering areas. The freeze tho when you have to force close and re open is particularly frustrating, especially during helltide or pvp and you lose shards… Its getting ridiculous…

I’ve also been having the game freeze on me just about 1 out of 5 times I try to access the character skill screen. This is starting to make me not want to play anymore and it’s ridiculous considering I’ve never seen my buddy have this issue, although he’s on PC whereas I’m on PS4. Please fix this issue, I really do f want to quit playing a game that I love and pre-ordered almost 2 months before it’s release.
My PS4 keeps freezing at the end of Act3. I’ve restarted the game 4 times now. What else can I do to fix this issue?
It was such a struggle finishing this game with the amount that I was freezing and crashing on ps4. Finally forced myself to just push through and finish the game, and then the first thing I do immediately afterwards is freeze. I give up. Can’t believe this is a $100 CAD game.
