Protection passive skill isn’t activating when using cool downs. Every other passive seems to work

Googled this exact same issue to find your post; using neither Teleport, Ice Armour, nor Flame Shield procs this passive at all for me.
It does work, but Blizzard should add a shield graphic around your character to make it obvious. Check your health bar when using a CD, you’ll see the shield graphic on your bar. I thought it was strange that I saw no barrier graphic.
Now maybe it’s bugged with regards to the barrier synergies, I haven’t really tested it, but it does appear work as far as being a shield.

My bad, you’re totally right. I was looking everywhere else for an indicator: your HP globe does infact turn a soft hue blue and shows what the barrier amount is on mouseover.

what and or how is cool down use for this skill?
Any time you use a cooldown skill u get barrier without the barrier effect around ypur char but it works. Any skill that has a cooldown activates the 2 second barrier upon use
The passive works, but is it working properly? It’s worded as “Using a cooldown grants X% of your Maximum Life as a Barrier for 2 seconds.”
If you proc multiple cooldowns back to back the barrier amount never exceeds the original amount, so either the skill should read “up to X%” or it should be a stacking barrier, right?
