There is currently an issue in the Seasonal Questline where players cannot interact with the brazier to upgrade their construct and advance the questline.
The current workaround for this will be that players need to enter a new server. This can be done by:
- Disabling Crossplay
- Changing World Tier
- Closing the game
The issue is being investigated by the team, and players should attempt the workaround until the issue is fully resolved. We’ll update here once we have timing for the fix.
Update: The post has been updated with more accurate workarounds as the team learns more.

I was able to use the workaround to use the brazier, but afterwards, my character is still stuck in that room. I can’t leave via waypoint or townportal without the game crashing, just like it did when I tried to use the brazier.
It is surprising noone has mentioned a PTR for Diablo 4.

I just left the game (and told my party members to do the same), re-logged and re-partied.
Worked fine from then.
Tried all of these work arounds, nothing works, simply cannot interact with the braizer, Quest Drums of the vault.
Char screen back in, still does not work.
Closed game, opened, still does not work.
Joined a friends world, tried it, still does not work.
Left party putting me back into my world, still does not work.
So what is the next work around?
So I got it to go, the only thing I did was go level up some more, and went back and tried the work arounds. So is it maybe tied to a lvl cap issue?
I first tried relogging. Then I teleported out then in. Then I tried switching world tiers. Then I turn on and off cross play in options at character select. I also logged onto a eternal realm character then back to seasonal character. Then I restarted my PC and also Game/launcher. All did not work to fix brazier part with drums of the vault.
Edit: After trying world tier 1 then 2 then 1 then 2 again and walking back each time it worked finally.
Tried all the above and still can`t interact with that brazier to upgrade my pet. So frustrating!!!
It’s really broadening my horizons.
Bugs are not handled, but rather taught players how to take chances and deal with them.

I went out and clicked on one of those new things (the trap things) that drop an elemental core and went back and it worked for me and a buddy (2 separate occasions)
What level are you at? I’m level 41 and stuck at 2/5 still. From posts I’ve read, most people are stuck at 2/5.
Yeah weird, you’re the first person I’ve ever seen mention it. 
I am also stuck at this same point
I also read that you have to complete multiple vaults as chance is low.
I have done many vaults with 4 + 1 chests and no journals.
Stuck at 2/5 and cannot progress
I’ve tried everything suggested and combos of them and no joy 
I can’t believe dev don’t test the season before releasing this crap
Can you explain how players can progress with the Kulle’s Heart quest? No one I know has gotten past 2 journals.

I have tried all of the workaround steps, not working…this is 100% complete incompetence from blizzard, although i can’t say i am surprised because every season has something game breaking… get it together blizzard , or go play palworld and realize what quality is.

That’s all there is to say, really.
Copying bugs is still ongoing, infinite Boss Materials > Duriel Ticket. There is also a role transition from S2 to S3 bug.
