Im lev 100 just farming Helltide for items etc, No problem killing everything, is it worth it to use Profane, are mobs 10 levels higher going to drop better gear or not?

its better and more fun for the short period they pose more of a challenge.
If you use it too often it will connect with your interwebz and quietly infiltrate your brain through the monitor

Yes, when you and the other players have it and they ramp up you get stuff dropping all over the place and this translates to potential upgrades and gold (sell junk). How else would the non-RMT player progress w/ all the tempered garbage?
