On my Pally i have an older helm with a 34% heavenly strength. At the occultist when i look at my current rank it shows 9/11 for 38% for heavenly strength. However, when i apply to that helm it only shows 35%. Any idea why it is applying at lower than the current 9/11 for that aspect when applied???
Because your helm isn’t Ancestral.
