I installed and tryed both versions of beta, the one with 40Giga and the one with 80Giga. when i enter the game, i dont see all the buttons or menus. In blacksmith for example, i dont see the buttons to switch between repair-augment or whatever is there, this kind of missing graphics. Literraly i miss part of the graphics. even the bar with skills and lvl progress is missing, i only see the health and energy. The maps for me are empty in the radar/map, only see the npc and quests. Does anyone have the same problem or any solution?

tried scan and repair, tried uninstall and reinstall both versions, tried many things in graphics menu ingame. nothing seem to work. The game works fine but just missing graphics. Dont know how to post here screenshot to show what i mean.

Sounds retarded but did you update your gpu drivers ? Alot of this problems always come from non-updated drivers then

What hardware do you have? What size screen and resolution?

asus laptop ryzen 7 5800H with rtx3050. i would put screenshots but cant or dont know how

screenshots aren’t really necessary, but you would use something like the website imgur or twitter to make a link to the photo.
I did read that a post last night said they were looking into improving performance on certain hardware. Maybe yours is part of that.

Yeah it’s kinda sure that it’s a driver problem. If you can play other games nicely there is no reason you can’t run D4

so what should the problem be? how do we resolve? it looks like some files missing or somthing. i payed the preorder for this beta and i cant use it normal. cant even claim rewards from quests cos the button doesnt waorks

started playing with graphics options ingame. lowered shadow things and other and now it works, but the quality of img offcorse is not the same. but at least the menu is working and everything is visible and active

This seems to be specific to the RTX 3050. As my wife’s Asus gaming laptop with the RTX 3050 has the same issue. My RTX 3070 has none of the issues. I’ve tried verifying files, updating graphics card drivers, reinstalling D4 beta, But seems to be something specific with the 3050 series from what I can tell.
The issue is that none of the overlay backgrounds are being loaded and shown. So where we see black solid backgrounds and buttons when we load the options when we hit escape, the only thing shown is the text or sliders. This also seems to be affecting the Map, and the hotbar. Also the inventory system anything that has an ingame overlay seems to be missing it’s background textures.

Hello, I have the same problem with my pc, a victus notebook, I have an rtx 3050ti card, and my brother has the same pc as me and he also has the same problem, it seems to me that it is the graphics card, it occurred to me to change to the graphics card integrated of my pc and the whole menu and all the things of the game appeared unfortunately as it is the integrated graphics it runs too slow, but at least it helped me to be able to conclude that it is a compatibility issue with the 3050ti graphics card, now I will try to apply what What did you do if I can play. I found the solution, enter the menu, go to quality, put medium and that’s it, save changes and it’s solved.
