Problem with reflection - shadows - light radius

I wanna talk about lights and reflection in this game, not many people actually talks about it and to me its an insane problem.
The problem was there last year and not a single thing has changed. Which is kinda sad because that tells me that you dont intend to do anything about, you dont see it as a problem.

Lights in this world are very poorly executed. Shadows too and not to mention the light’s reflection.
It breaks the magic of the game and immersion.

Light radius in this game is the biggest problem for me … first place. I dont understand much why it was done in this way since D2 has almost perfect light radius, same goes for D3.
I actually hate light radius in any game … especially if its non existing light source like here. But in D2 and D3 it can be tolerated because it doesnt stand out that much and it actually goes well with the theme. Its there but visible only when you want to, doesnt break anything.

First of all … An INVISIBLE ball of light above our character, well, that was stupid idea. What more, that invisible ball of light is VISIBLE everywhere … almost on every surface and almost all the time, some minor exception during the day. But then we have the “SUN” which creates the same problem during the day … so when i dont see the light radius, i can see the sun’s reflection.

I cant be running around the world and keep having my eyes flashed with an invisible ball of light everywhere.

The simplest solution would be to ADD an option to graphic “TURN OFF LIGHT RADIUS” completely. A choice for players like me. No need to rework anything.

Other source like hp pool, sun etc can be kinda tolerated because its rare, not following you everywhere all the time and in dungeons, underground, it would be perfect.
Game has enough light as it is, the light radius is way too much right now and insanely broken.

Very often it looks there is some another universe below the surface, a mirror dimension. Seeing things that arent there.
Sometimes it casts shadows, sometimes it doesnt.

Shadow from sun is good, static, same all the time no matter the direction …
Yet shadow from light radius keeps changing direction based on our direction, thats lame.

I dont know what your LIGHT DIRECTOR is doing but its not doing a very good job. No bonus for him this year.

PLEASE dont let this be in the “full” release this year.
