Me and my wife play co-op. Her store has a sale running and she wanted to get the SB Avatar of the Lunar set. When she tries to purches it, the store shows " calculating price", then it just shows price could not be calculated. I wasn’t sure if this is a store bug or something else.
Anyone know ?
I have purchased the expansion when it launched, so I log in and then my wife logs in and joins my world. She has not purchased the expansion as I already have it. We have our separate Blizz accounts or whatever they’re called. When she logs in on her own, the skin in the store says must have the expansion. But when she’s logged in my world and own the exp, I thought she should be able to buy this skin. I don’t remember having an issue like this in the past so thought there could be a bug with the store or something.
First of all each account has to have the expansion license in order to purchase cosmetics specifically for the Spirit Born. She has to have the expansion. She can’t join your world and be able to purchase it under her own account.
She’s able to purchase all the other Spiritborn skins, except the Avatar of the Lunar and one other set, the Scion of Devils. Every other Spiritborn skin when in my world and checks her store, she can buy every other skin, just not these 2 specific ones.
That’s very odd then. Just out of curiosity are you playing on console, couch co-op so to speak?

Sorry trying to wrap my head around this. From my understanding, depending on how you are doing it. One account can house up to 4 people playing simultaneously on a console. Each person will login to their own account, however if they want to play the game solo, they will need their own license. Otherwise everything is attached to the parent account that owns the game.
In other words, your wife may login to her own account, but everything purchased is under your account regardless. She only has access to the cosmetics and that class because technically she’s still playing under your account. So if you attempted to buy the cosmetics yourself what happens?
Now if she owns her own copy of D4, but not the expansion, that could be causing issues in general. From the sound of it though she just has her own Bnet account but doesn’t own the game. So it could just be a store bug.
