I can’t play too, my game crash every single time
I paid for GAMEPASS on my computer to try D4 and I get this same PRISM message. I can run D3 just fine. I really want to play this game. I am def. not having any hardware issues.
Just downloaded the game last night. Tried re-downloading, running scans and bug fixes, it doesn’t even boot up without giving me this error message
I’m getting this message too and I just bought this pc to play d4 specifically. not only the fact that I can’t link my battle net from my Xbox to pc so I have to start another account and start all over again from scratch… but I can’t even get the game to open. I meet all the requirements, and everything is updated. just bought it last week arrived yesterday.

Google the error. There are several non-Blizzard related posts that might help. Sadly, I can’t post links or I would point you right at one.
Not even google, search the forums. Plenty of potential fix suggestions here. Prism seems to be what handles device input/output. Suggestions talk about device drivers, connected controllers, even updating BIOS on your motherboard/logic-board, probably with other suggestions mixed in.
I suggested Google, so that they could get some potential answers that did not link right back to the forums. Sometimes people don’t want to get ‘automatic’ answers.
I hear yah on that one. Thankfully this appears to not be the case.
