I have this problem about every 30 minutes, but sometimes less often or more often.
it just pops up a small window with the error code and i can then close the game because of this error. often is it so then the error comes more and more and i must restart my pc then i can play.
I don’t understand why I’m way above diablo 4’s minimum system requirements and game does this problem. As far as I can remember I only had the problem in the release and not in the betas, no matter which ones.
Sadly none of this helped me i tried practicly everything i could find on this forum or anywhere on the internet and still geting this error and game crash
If you are running an AMD GPU based system, you may need to remove Adrenaline and/or roll back to the previous driver. There have been issues with D4 and those two pieces of software with AMD GPUs.
hi thanks for fast answer,
i have no :Remove HD assets, etc.
i have done:
all are Updated
settings are all down
no overheating by gaming
problem persists.
You should have at a minimum of 750W for that system. You are currently running with very little overhead right now. And its possible the card is dropping due to insufficient power.
Also need to make sure you are using a DEDICATED cable for each connector on the GPU. That means one cable for each connector between the PSU and the GPU for a maximum of two cables. And both need to be 8 wire cables, not 6 wire cables.
That is confusing. I think you meant driver, as this is the latest Nvidia Driver version for your GPU.
A drive would be what sort of drive its installed on. Like an NVME SSD, a SATA SSD, or… Ugh. A HDD? If its on a HDD, that WILL causes performance issues.
As for power.
You still need to make sure, just like any other setup, that you are using a dedicated power cable for each power connector on the card. Yours probably also has two 8 pin connectors, being a 1080. So it should have two 8 wire cables between the PSU and the card. Wattage wise, you should be fine, unless that PSU is going bad. May not hurt to power down the system and carefully remove any dust or pet hair from fans, vents, heatsinks, and the power supply. Whatever you do, don’t make the fans spin too fast blowing them out. I usually will hold them carefully with my finger so they can’t spin while blowing out dirt and debris.
thanks for help all,
i know how it looks like if the GPU is dropping due to insufficient power. and the GPU isn´t dropping due to insufficient power. i can say i have 2 cables with 8 wire for the gpu and yes my system is with low watt, but it doesn´t crash my gpu or whatever.
i can say the problem is not the watt i dont got black screen or whatever ,nothing it comes directly a window with the error without transition.
i want to say this is not the problem and i have do the game setting down (graphical) and but is going, so my gamesettings have nothing to do with this bug .
the system run without problems by hard games. theT means godfall, satisfactory… of MAX SETTINGS is NO PROBLEM NO LAGGS.
i want to say the problem have a other origin/cause.
In addition to power, the PSU has other output power parameters, such as ripple, and if the ripple is high, the hardware powered by the PSU may not work properly or may fail. And as the PSU approaches its maximum load, the ripple may increase beyond its maximum. In the tier list PSUs are ranked also by ripple value.
Due to inadequate power quality during GPU operation, critical data may become corrupted and the card may hang during operation due to this. The process for dealing with this situation is described here.
Resolution
The GPU is taking more time than permitted to display graphics to your monitor. This behavior can occur for one or more of the following reasons:
You may need to install the latest updates for your display driver, so that it properly supports the TDR process.
Hardware issues that impact the ability of the video card to operate properly, including:
Over-clocked components, such as the motherboard
Incorrect component compatibility and settings (especially memory configuration and timings)
Insufficient system cooling
Insufficient system power
Defective parts (memory modules, motherboards, etc.)
Visual effects, or too many programs running in the background may be slowing your PC down so that the video card can not respond as necessary.
Again this problem could be caused purely by bugs in the game. But if the same hardware is able to run without crashing, then most likely the problem is on your end.
i want say thank you for your help, I extremely reduced the graphics performance and i must say the problem /error comes not more.I didn’t think it was possible, but it’s working now, thank you all.
I just started experiencing this issue today, its happened now 4 times in 2 hours, 3 of the 4 were in Nightmare Dungeons but it happened in the overworld just now. There has GOT to be a solution somewhere. Yes I’m running the latest drivers and no, I’m not running any overclocks on anything, including RAM (disabled this as I read somewhere that it could help).
