Prime Evil Splinter bugged

I farmed the prime evil Splinters the last 3 days. hundreds of boss kills = NO SPLINTER

I opened 20 season chests = get 5 Splinter = ALWAYS SPLINTER of Terror = NOT STACKABLE! No possible way to rerol. Its laying there, in the city, on the ground, with me, crying, beside it.

I dont know which developer from Blizzard isnt good in math, but its very frustrating…

Same here, except Mephisto drops his Splinter, but Baal absolutely never drops it. I’ve done 45 runs with zero Splinter drops… Same goes for Diablo. Either I’m just really unlucky, or there’s a bug… As usual.
