Doubt anyone will see this, but i’m hoping that blizzard drops the price by 50%. Vessel of hatred doesn’t have much, but i’d be willing to drop $20 on it. Until it gets down to that price point though it just doesn’t seem worth the investment.

well, keep your eyes open then for holidays eventually. They will offer discounts when they see it fitting.

It’ll hit 50% next year, I’m guessing by April if not sooner. Would also suggest waiting until then to make a decision whether or not you want to buy it as well.

Everything just went on sale last week.
It will be 70% off as soon as reviews from POE2 early access start coming in. They will be desperate to try to revive D4 with season 7 launch.

Man can you imagine how Diablo is going to be like? No more feedback from decent people as they will be busy with POE2 and the only people left are those that adore Blizzard and hate everyone that doesn’t

when it hits that price OP most of the testing that is being done by us will be finished or hopefully close to being finished in time for the next xpac. it’s a safe bet to wait for the price drop, to be honest and fair.

You shall wait another year’s Christmas discount, Microsoft has a lot of capital. They will not waste time to adjust game price for extra petty cash.
But they do, sort of. PoE2 community tab links to PoE forums, but as expected all anyone is talking about in General is PoE2

Poe2 is innovating and has a vision and plan. D4 is stagnating and has “good enough” and “season 6 was in good spot” and “most builds can do tier 1. “
Poe2 holds its economy sacred and is willing to bring down servers and roll back.
D4 holds $$$ sacred and let dupers run rampant in season 6.
Poe has storage figured out with purchasable boxes.
D4 has limited space because loading other ppls stashes for god only knows what reason.
Poe has a fun engaging map system.
D4 has forgotten about dungeons, cellars, and
A Mostly hated citadel.
The contrasts are striking.

That’s just not how the market works… ppl get stuck in their groove. Plus the EA being $30 (twd cosmetics), the “free to play” mode won’t be around for another 6-12 months, meaning only ppl who’ve wanted to get in on a more polished version of PoE (like me) will bite. Most of the rest are probably sticking to the pond they’re in for another few months, even if malaise has set in.
$30 I had earmarked for QoL anyway, just never committed to learning the first game. The most genius marketing idea GGG had, it seems, was to make purchases transferable in both directions. Idc who you are, that’s just adorable.
I hope their servers crash, in a good way.
