All my previous seasons battle pass cosmetics are missing from my wardrobe. Is anyone else having this problem?

YES, I am missing everything, Lunar tattoo, all weapon cosmetics the Spiritborn could use on polearm, all emotes and armor transmogs from past BPs.
I also still not seeing any previous season armor, weapon, and back transmogs or emotes.
Also, all store included emotes, armor, weapon, and back transmogs.
Effects, pets, titles, and emblems are still there.
I assume this has to be a bug, as we essentially paid for seasonal items, as well as spent time earning them. Obviously paid for shop items too.
Embarrassing to say, but itās like $100 goneā¦.
I should add that Iāve only played spiritborn so far since Vessel dropped.

Same issue still missing
me tooļ¼I have the same issue. The portals in my game arenāt working. The portals I earned from previous seasonsā battle passes, like the flame and sandstone ring ones, are gone. I hope you can look into this and see if customer support can help resolve it.
