We probably need to wait for a patch. The wording of “instantly”. was poor I’d say. At least until the patch is applied. I did not get my 3K Platinum as well (Steam purchase)
Yeah i had the strong guess too that they announced stuff way to fast. And the “now” isn’t actually “now”

on the main page, it says for the ultimate delux edition unlock pets and cosmectics “INSTANTLY” !!! WTF !!!

I guess it is now in a minute, like when they usually patch.
They aren’t in a vendor. They require you to do a quest to unlock, but that quest isn’t available until patch 1.4.2 which is later today.

I have the platinum , the armor show as HR and a blank and doesn’t show when equipped , the pet I’d say will be an update soon.
Thanks had to restart the launcher to get the patch.

Got the mount and pets, but the armor remains locked and inaccessible.

I am guessing they will be bugged like everything else.
Are steam and bnet versions cross compatible or they’re separate ecosystems. Like do you have to own base game and expansion in the same hub? I assume you can play together regardeless.
