I’m missing my free premium pass bundle from the pre order
I’m also missing everything from pre-order minus the Paladin class. Did they address your problem? I’ve restarted and still nothing.
There are many already reporting this in the tech support section. I’ll give them a day or two to fix or i’m asking for a refund of my ultimate edition. Not even playing until they fix this. Check your previously purchased cosmetics. Many are missing I read. Releasing such a large update before Xmas and then leaving the office for the holidays with so many bugs is bad business.

Same here. My son and I both bought the deluxe edition, and we do not have the battle pass. It sucks that Blizzard isn’t reporting any issues. At least I’d know it is something they are fixing.
