it is a bit ridiculous to me that they haven’t commented on the issue…as everyone paid extra to get the Premium Battle Pass. I get there’s always some glitches, but no information from them…when this was something that I guess happened to some people last season also, is just not right

I have the same problem, finished the premium battle pass +2 weeks ago, and i still cant see the awakaned helm , and the awakened bloody mount.
I mean, it was not free

Exactly - it was not free and that should make it high priority for the dev/tech team. I don’t blame them directly though…I believe it’s likely an underfunding resources issue from the top. They need more people to address us end-users and to actually work to find and fix these issues.
The stupid thing is they should have tested these features extensively before launch. It shouldn’t be that difficult.

Have the same problem, my awakend gloves missing after claiming 4 levels acceleration from Prime Gaming. Still nothing after last patch.
edit: other rewards that i got normal way leveling battle pass works

They’re ignoring us. I will be astonished if our issue is even addressed, much less resolved. I’ve lost faith in them. I will eat my words if they fix it. If they read the forums as they told me they do, we would at least see something such as “Investigating missing seasonal rewards” in patch notes or announcements. They DGAF.
It’s sad, too. I would buy the Mount and discounted platinum bundle, but not with the BS we’re all experiencing and not giving any more money until this BS is fixed.
Everyone else, please keep reporting your issues and commenting here. Hopefully, we will light a big enough fire until they hear our cries for help lest we have to call Lillith for some proper assistance.

Have the exact same issue, contacted support and was told they couldn’t help with the issue to make a bug report. Not much point to buy future premium battlepasses if they aren’t going to work.

Same issue, completed the pass with my Necro and the tier 87 Scythe cosmetic is missing, oddly its the only one Ive noticed. Even the awakened Helm and other armor parts are working but for some reason that particular weapon cosmetic is not.

Adding to this list as well.
Completed the season pass for season 2. I am playing Necromancer this season. I did not check for everything, I received the Tier 63 reward, the Marrow Scythe, but I did NOT receive the Tier 87 reward, Ensanguined Marrow Sickle, after completion. I do not see it in the wardrobe.

Same here from europe.
Adding my self to this post then.
Completed all 90 stages from the battle pass.
Then i purchased the premium upgrade, and unlocked all the not-free things.
In my wardrobe i have no town portal skin, no tomb skin, no armour, no weapons, except for the ones that are free (and even not all of’em)
