XBox Series S here. Same problem (no new content or class). No download available. I bought the deluxe version.

Same here (Xbox series X)… Got the ultimate edition and the spiritborn ist locked. I tried the ways around but nothing seems to work. But i got the platinum, pets and stuff.

That’s nice because battle.net support told me they couldn’t do anything because I bought the battle.net version through a platform outside of blizzard. Amazing logic.

Thanks for that. I’ve just sat down to play it for the first time, since the expansion dropped, and was scratching my head. You’ve made an old man really happy 
Similar to what Sagrin says above… on my Xbox Series X… I went to the Xbox Store on my console. Looked up Diablo IV… and selected one of the Vessel of Hatred game options.
When I clicked on the VoH panel… it noted that I had already purchased the content and I simply hit the install button. This allowed it to complete the short download (i.e. less than 1 minute) and install of the VoH updates. Booted the game and was able to successfully create my new Spiritborn character.
Same issue on XBOX. Ultimate upgrade months agon
Tried re-installing again but the small addon is not available. Cant see it.
Pez, this has been reported in the bug report. During gameplay it just says you don’t own the expansion. Blocks all quests, way points etc. this has happened to me repeatedly while playing the Spirtborn. Have to do a reboot of the game to fix and within minutes to an hour it does it again. This was on series X, PS players are reporting the same thing.
