Hello, I bought a pre order and I can’t play, all the time my play button is not active. I have beta versions installed on pc

Having the same issue; don’t know how to trouble shoot this

The Early Access Beta starts at 9am Pacific Time. Here is a handy map from the Beta Guide that shows the time in other time zones.

i cannot login the game should have opened at 11am my time and its still not working

I’m guessing the Beta didn’t start yet?
Edit: I just restarted battlenet launcher. Thing’s buggy as heck as usual. It made the play button available.
9:12am PST, no entry for me so far
I’m in CO and still nothing for me. I’ve restarted the Blizzard App several times. The play button is greyed out. I got the Ultimate Edition…so what’s going on? Please help!
Mines grayed out too, saying it cannot be played yet.
Relogging on Bnet helped it trigger for me.
EDT here. It’s past 12:00 PM and when I hover over play it says “This game cannot be played yet.”
It popped for me! It works now, which is good. Thank you.
Ok I still can’t get in keeps giving error codes
For all those that can’t make it work, Task Manager is your friend.
Kill anything that resembles battle.net and relaunch the launcher. Your D4 should be able to play again.
