What is the point of pre downloading the expansion and then on release having to redownload 23GB again?! Complete waste of data download last night! Here we are looking at 20mb download speeds MAXIMUM again for new content. This is a complete failure.
Before it gets asked, yes, I set download limits to way above my download capability for my home internet. Funny enough I can download at nearly 300MBps in steam at the same time but Blizzard has the limits set for less than 20MBps mainly dipping into <1MBps consistently. Speedtest has no limit and maxed at my purchased internet download at current download time as well.
Why pre download anything when you have to redownload the entire thing again??!
