Potential cosmetic drop bug? Dev response would be nice

I have been playing D4 since S1, and I have spent a lot of time in nightmare dungeons in purpose in order to try and farm the Butcher in order to get the mount barding to drop from him. I understand that it is supposed to be a low drop rate, however I am starting feel like there may be something wrong. Here we are in season 8 and I have killed the Butchers over 200 times so far this season alone. I have also had a similar experience with the Ashava barding. With no way to submit a ticket in the game (like WoW), and be able to ask a GM from within the game, I am forced to make a post on here and hope that it grabs the attention of a forum developer. The question that I have is this.

Is it possible for a loot drop to have been recorded (like a barding), and it no longer being able top drop from then on, even though one may not actually have the cosmetic?

Thanks for any help with this topic.

I got this drop like the first week of playing this game - i think it was my second drop in game. It is WILD that you have not gotten this mog yet, considering we have been playing for probably the same amount of time. :exploding_head:

I haven’t got this mount either. I have not killed the butcher as many times, but man… I KNOW they track your kill count even though they don’t email you anymore. Anyways, the Devs could put in a system where if there is a drop tied to a monster, if you have not gotten the drop after X number of kills it is automatic.

Yep pretty sure its busted some how. I’m starting to wonder if I missed mine when it dropped and the game is programmed to just drop it once for your account.

It’s disappointing that we have a Community Manager that doesn’t respond. This forum isnt that busy.

They waste their time in the french forum…

Maybe if enough people respond, the Community Mgr will. Then again, looks like they are MIA.

For FREE cosmetics? If there were only that kind of bug, they’d be responding, but it will be easier to pick thing that are not bug so …

Still waiting for a response here, is there a way to check and see if a cosmetic drop is already flagged as earned, and if it is can the item me sent to the accounts stash so that they could actually obtain it? Please respond, thank you.

Ridiculous no response from Community Mgr on a bug report like this. Even a simple “we are looking into it” would be appreciated.

They have been taught to never lie! They were raised by good moms
No one looks after bugs. Or maybe they are looking after what to make bugged after half-repairing the previous bugs.

Hey Blizzard. Don’t make the forums the only way to submit a bug report and then be completely unresponsive. Even a simple “We’ve seen the report and will look into it.” is sufficient but radio silence on bug reports is not good.

Stop whining about cosmetic bugs while “real” bugs are still not solved.
