I’d love to see Rod of Kepeleke usable by all classes. I’d love to use it on my sorc and have the +velocity be a +glass cannon. It might do great on a druid too.
The Hellhamer unique power need another rework. I’m almost at 800% bonus and the burning damage can’t kill anything beyond pit 65. I would have swap out this weapon for an aspect if it wasn’t for the + rank to upheaval and wallop.
The burning damage need to be change into a percentage of the Upheaval damage, something like The Aspect of Berserk Ripping. That way we can scale it into the late game.

Change to two stats
+[57.5 - 80.0]% Cold Resistance - changed to - Enemies that die while Frozen have a [21 - 40]% chance to unleash a Frost Nova
the reason for this is cold resist is a dead stat for a INT based class, easy resist cap is a perk for playing sorc and this is not needed, and yes this is the current unique power but not much a power at all with its limited effects
+[4.0 - 6.0]% to Shatter’s Damage Echo - changed to - frost nova now has 2 charges
only because the LONG cool down for a utility spell (over 20 seconds is insane for a action game) so in the heat of the moment you got enough use for this, but cant go to crazy
then new unique power added to item - spawns ice blades when you kill frozen enemy
Frostblitz Aspect - would need a new effect with these reworked legs being the same as the change listed above. and the apsect should be a synergy to ice blades. letting them something like gain +14-21 % more chilling effect, if iceblades freezes a target, spawn another iceblade and they gain X25 % multi damage and attack speed
then the “Frost Nova Enchantment Slot” for conjure unleash frost nova would have synergy and use.

so it would cover both crit chance to chilled, then crit damage to frozen…
Frostburn
unique power changed Lucky Hit: Up to a [20 - 60]% chance to Freeze enemies for 3 seconds. and cast frost nova on target
