Post Patch, instability

All day yesterday I am experiencing insane rubber banding / lag / and missing NPCs in the city with random crashes. I know it’s not my internet because my son is playing fine on his Xbox.

It ran perfectly fine before yesterday. Seems to be all after the patch / or possibly graphics card update ( RTX 4070 super TI ) anything addressing these issues?

Yep, I am having this issue also, I just replied to another player’s post.

it is running fine for me. i heard there is a memory leak associated with certain graphics cards. luckily not mine
