Can’t log in post patch. It completely freezes. I have to alt-F4 the game.
Same for me. Stuck at Blizzard splash screen. Rebooted 2x, no change.

Can confirm that I have the same issue on PC. Noticed it happening all day yesterday.
I have tried re-installing the game, scan & repair and even tried with and without the high res texture pack. Nothing worked.
In another thread I found a solution that worked for me.
Go to your Diablo 4 folder and rename dstorage.dll to dstorage.dllbak. Some have just removed the file altogether and it still works.
