From the Patch Notes, there are some pretty interesting things that are not so obvious and also some glaring problems. My biggest concern is that Blizzard is pushing EQ and DD so much, specifically EQ. There is just way way too much power and synergy with EQs now.
What is interesting is having a UB, Kick, Ground Stomp, WoTB Build focusing on EQs. With Rupture thrown into the mix, you can easily have max EQs out exploding. BLT and Power Kick means every Kick will OP as well. Kick Damage now scaling with Encroaching Wrath, with the Core Tag, and with Ranks will be interesting.

What is all this incoherent babble? This guy has no clue, nothing to see here.
you make as much sense as the launch affix’s.
I predict screen clutter will make people complain and nerfed before season starts

what’s UB?? BLT?? can you specify a bit more what do you even mean?
It’s a bit too hard to tell right now. Even with the PTR, base damage will still be a major issue. We can mess with the skills for the time being but won’t matter much once Season 7 launch.
Might have to look into Power Kick spam. Lucion doesn’t affect Power Kick at all (hopefully not anytime soon). Maybe blizzard fixed Lucion interaction with other aspects but I highly doubt it.
UB = Ugly Bastard Helm
BLT = Banished Lord’s Talisman
It is possible now to build a Power Kick build that dumps your Fury and activates the Banished Lord’s Talisman every Power Kick which grants you Overpower on your next Core Skill. Kick has a Core Skill Tag so you can freely use Ground Stomp without it eating your Overpower or your Encroaching Wrath buff.
Ground Stomp is there to generate Fury, Quakes, and lower your Ultimate CD.
Since Rank 5 WoTB now pulls enemies, this will synergize to be able to spam WoTB. Since WoTB now naturally deals damage, Ultimate Damage will now modify its damage. Ugly Bastard helm also does this.
By using Rupture (always Overpowers) with Fighter’s Rupture Upgrade, you can effectively always proc Invigorating Fury which you can use to quickly get back to Max Fury for Power Kick. This will also proc an Earthquake now so getting Max EQs out is very quick. You can convert those EQs to a giant explosion dealing all EQ damage at once.
The build will end up being one Meta.

cool build concept but doubt it will be meta, it seems to clunky to me. Too much stuff to consider, meta builds are usually pretty simple one or two interactions and then boom whole screen of monsters gone in an instant. Also the aspect that makes enemies explode after being killed by kick or charge, is that fire damage? or it gets converted into fire by UB?
it seems good for bossing maybe? kicking bosses to death sounds fun.
Power Kick has a lot of support now and does not require a ton of Aspects to make it work. The thing I have not tested yet is since Power Kick grants the Core Skill Tag to it, does Unbridled Rage give you the damage bonus to Power Kick? Considering Power Kick uses 100% of your Fury, the downside should not have any effect since it cannot cost more than 100% Fury. Lucion’s likewise should benefit, but not modify the Fury cost.
The other thing I have not tested is Dark Dance with Power Kick. Theoretically, it should give you the benefit of a full Fury Kick without costing anything. This would allow you to drop 2 Max Fury Power Kicks back-to-back.
With a Double Kick Temper, that is 4 Power Kicks dropped on something. Power Kick dumping your Fury pool gives you max WoTB bonus. I wish it would proc Invigorating Fury though for every 100 Fury, in which case you could have it proc 3x with a 300 Max Fury pool.
To support Kick, you can go with any number of Skills.
They never learn. Soon enough Barb will have the Sorc type patch “all builds lead to EQ” and they’ll have to revert it all. We’ve seen it with Druid and Shepherds, Sorc and burning/conjurations. Barb and EQ will be next.

Unbridled Rage does boost Power Kick. I’ve test this out back in Season 5. So there’s no downside. This also means Limitless Rage and Edgemaster also apply. Lucion tends to be buggy, I’m incline to ignore it since Heir of Perdition would be a better helm to use.
Dark Dance sounds like an interesting pick. 5 second cooldown seems long. And it’s a flat amount instead of percentage of health. Would be great if it was 10% max health instead.
TC seems to be playing with the new toys blizzard is giving us. Doesn’t look like shooting for meta. If blizzard give Kick a ridiculous base damage value it might happen. Just look at Bash cleave.
Kick build was so smooth to play back in s5. Then of course good old bliizard just can’t let people have fun and gutted starlight aspect.
Does anyone know if Poc Rune gives you 5 Offering for every 5% Maximum Resource spent or is it broken like Invigorating Fury? Theoretically, it should give you 100 Offering every time you dump a 100% Max Fury Power Kick, but I am concerned it will only give you 5 Offering.
Invigorating Fury SHOULD proc for every 100 Fury spent and therefore proc 3 times every time you drop a 300 Fury Power Kick but it only counts once.
