Warmth isn’t working at all? Unless I am missing something?
So I recently swapped to an “infinite” mana chain lightning build, built around the Warmth passive and the Starlight Aspect. As of yesterday and I am assuming earlier today as well, warmth was active and working fine. I had no mana issues at all, but sometime within about maybe the last hour or so the Warmth passive is no longer active. I have tried relogging, multiple sorc’s, and undoing the passive but nothing is getting warmth to show up at all. When I go to the video that this build was based on, I can see Warmth as a buff pop up above his abilities. I apologize if I am missing something with how Warmth works, but currently this “infinite” mana chain lightning build, with Axial Conduit/Warmth Passives/Starlight Aspect just straight up doesn’t work anymore somehow.
Not sure if it matters but I have 5 in Warmth with passives, and earlier didn’t have any issues with hp/mana income-to-outgoing values. The build calls for 5-6 as well in Warmth for it to go decently.
Not sure if that helps - warmth seems to be bugged. People are tempering it into gear without having points on the tree and it works. I checked it myself - definitely works. Try taking away points from it completely in the skill tree and just leave the ones you have from equipment
You are able to actually see the Warmth buff show up? I have taken all points out of it and have 2 pieces of gear with +2 Warmth, and I am not seeing Warmth show up anywhere. Not in the buff icon area above skills, or when I view the Active Status Effects on my character when viewing the Stats & Materials pop out window.
I tried taking all points out of Warmth with just the gear giving it points, and also with putting points into it as well and it is not working for me at all still.
Possible stupid question, but are you applying burning? Warmth requires that
I haven’t seen the buff but it works - it heals me when there are burning monsters around.
Pretty much every build uses fire bolt enchantment so everything is usually burning.
Yea I am burning everything with that Firebolt Enchantment, so everything is burning pretty much 100% of the time.
I think its because the warmth heal ticks once per second, and if you one shot the mobs, or kill them very quickly, you get no ticks at all.
I’m seeing it happen all the time with my sorc. Seems like its really only useful against tankier elites and bosses at this point.
