I am still able to use potions when I’m at full health. At release, this wasn’t the case.
Is this a bug? Or am I hallucinating again?
Are you using the pants unique item Temerity?

The legendary affix:
Without Temerity equipped a potion has no function at full life, thus they can’t be used. However, with Temerity equipped, the potion would then potentially create a barrier, up to the maximum possible for the level of potion used and the roll on Temerity’s legendary affix.
So if you had 10,000 maximum life and were at full health while wearing Temerity with a high end 80% value, a potion when used at full life would instead produce a barrier for its full effect, not to exceed 8,000 HP (80% of 10,000 HP). You could theoretically quaff a second potion to reach the maximum sized barrier for your particular Temerity’s affix value. As such, it behooves one to be careful about using potions while at full life with these unique pants equipped.
