Possible obducite glitch drops in open world associated with NM Dungeons

I was doing NMD runs for get 15% XP buff and farm some obducite, as soon I finish it, I click for the next dungeon key and it knocks me out of the dungeon, then in open world I was able to get Obducite killing monsters, drops are not often and around 5-15 and guaranteed from open world chests.

Hello Me and a Friend had the Same thing once a Nightmare Doungen is selected and locked in Obducite starts dropping on the Worldmap Until you Finish the Doungen.
