I find it absolutely astounding that there is no obvious way to put in a ticket on a problem that may be a bug and may just be me being thick headed.
I have three legendary items (two rings and a staff) that I no longer need. If I go to the blacksmith to salvage them, they are just blacked out in my inventory. If I go to a vendor to sell them, the same result. Nor can I figure out a way to simply throw them away . What am I missing.
Not for bug reports. Those are all to be filed in the Bug Report forums, or in-game if it is one with an in-game reporting tool like the Betas, or WoW.
There is no in-game support at all for any Blizzard game besides WoW. WoW only has a little bit - most of the GM tools are now player side so they can handle things on their own.
Diablo games have never had any support at all besides Billing and Account services (hacked, lost authenticator, lost password, etc.).
not sure how long its been the case, its a screenshot, with german text , but i think its visible that you can report bugs there, not sure if its different to your support sites obvilously.
maybe i got you wrong there tho. you are the last person id want to fight with here.
I’d take a screenshot but I’m on my phone atm. This is what pops up when you try to submit a bug report using the support website. I clicked the little bug icon to make sure. It just tells you to come to the forums instead.
i never tried to report a bug via the support site. Sorry misscheetah, and thanks iggi <3
so… if one would want to report a game breaking bug or even an exploit, hed have to go to the bug forums. where the person of course has to explain everything.
come on blizzard. i like you, but you are making it hard for me there.
Game bugs - that are not exploits - can be reported on the Bug Report forum. Streamers in the Diablo Partner program can also directly report things to the Community Management team via their channels. I can too.
Lol, no. I have more than one bathroom in the house. My house was built in 1947 and still has the cast iron main in most of it. The upstairs toilet had a very small leak where it was connecting to the cast iron flange. Prob wax ring being really old and hard. I figured if we were going to pull it anyway to fix a leak, might as well update the toilet too!
Nice to have a modern better one. The downstairs bathroom was working great and already updated. I have a 3 bedroom house with the main bedroom and a bathroom on the first floor so it was not an emergency.
Speaking of plumbing jobs, I need to flush our water heater. Your story reminded me it’s over due. I used to work as a plumbers apprentice back in the day, so on the bright side I won’t have to pay anyone, just need to remember to do it.
I should do mine as well. Not that hard. Turn off gas (if a gas heater), close intake valve, attach hose, use large screwdriver to open flush valve. Only thing I don’t get is why the flush valves on water heaters require a tool instead of using a hand turnable knob.
