Purchased the “Celestial Court” mount bundle yesterday and it was fine. Today, I pre-ordered the Vessel of Hatred and rode the war-cat mount but when I went to change it back to my “Polaris” mount, the horse is gone. The trophies and armor are still there but Polaris has disappeared. I’ve tried a hard reset and still nothing. Please fix this as I’ve just dropped $100 on yall this week alone. So frustrating!

I’m also having this issue! I just purchased the Polaris in the past few days and it disappeared when I tried to equip today 
I hope they fix soon!

Its not even just on console im on pc and it happened to me as well

I was trying to put in a ticket just hoping to get Polaris back, but it sends me here. Does this help at all?

That’s what happened to me as well. As far as I can tell, none of us have had any sort of response or resolution.

I have this same issue, it appears to be a recurring problem for a few people and when I contacted support they also told me to come here and put it on the forum. Weirdly enough even though it is missing from my inventory my Necromancer is still riding it and when I try to change the armor I get this message: INCOMPATIBLE MOUNT Unable to equip this Horse Mount Armor due to !!Missing!! - 44256:InvalidType Mount being currently equpped.
I’m afraid if I just switch mounts it will disappear altogether.
