Poisonous boulder missing?

In the PTR Campfire chat from november they showed a rework of Savage boulder.

Old: Boulder’s criticial chance is increased by +3% each time it deals damage.
New: boulder now deals poison damage and applies an additional 156 (56%) poison damage over 4 seconds.

They didn’t show footage, but said it had great visuals.
Is it just missing in the patch notes or has it been pulled back or postponed?

Was looking forward to this. The rework was needed, because currently it doesn’t offer a meaningful choice.

It was there on the PTR but it wasn’t in the patch notes. I assume it will be there as well on the 2.1 launch but we have to wait and see.
