please turn on ranking game. there is nothing to do in the end game

This is already here, its called gauntlets. Why not play it?

If there’s nothing to do why do you want to get ranked for it? Seems hollow to be rank 1 at doing nothing.

Gauntlets are bugged. Decided to give it a go yesterday and entering the gauntlet straight up doesn’t work.
What doesnt work? It works fine for me.
I find plenty to do. Maybe this game is just not for you?
You click “enter” and the window goes away and you are just left standing there, nothing happens. Tried several times yesterday. Others have experienced this as well.
Just did a google search again and found this posted 2 days ago on wowhead-

The team will be disabling the Gauntlet temporarily while we address an issue that was identified. It will be restored later this week following a hotfix to correct the issue.
It is currently disabled. Hopefully they’ll have it back up soon for all the rank enjoyers.
