Hey I’m a Overpower Banished Lords Red Ring of Furor Deathblow Barb and the Undercity is literally impossible for my build to partake in this activity because of the empowerment buff. Since Banished Lords and red ring of Furor require me to spend Fury, the empowerment buff drops my resource cost of my Deathblow to 20… And I can’t contribute to a party, and I can’t even complete the first floor because I can’t do ANY damage as soon as I get this buff from the Empowerment.
It’s a major problem and an oversight for all the builds. Anyone else who would use this setup will run into the same exact problem and it sucks because I can’t even play the new content. Can we please have this empowerment adjusted? Please please
Having the same issue with the POC rune in 2025, this can also be caused by channeling shrines too I found :|. Also the shrines appear to make it so that you don’t spend any resource at all not just reduced resource cost although that might just be to do with the rune I’m using too.
