The +2 skeleton warriors and mages.
This should be a default featute in Book of the Dead. (Max skeletons at level 90 is 15 skeletons.)
15+ should be from uniques and paragon nodes.
It just feel so inferior demand an aspect being slotted while we do not get options like Rogue or Barbarian.

I mentioned this in a recent topic about Kalan’s Edict. I mentioned that the passive should get reworked and that it should focus on minion armies, one of which is basically integrating increased minion counts into it.
But I think Book of the Dead feature is solid too.

what i kind of agree with, this aspect is mandatory to play minions, which is basically “you get -1 aspect slot to play minions”, which takes you down to 8 aspects if you use a 2hander and 7 if you run a unique.
while classes like barbs get “you get + 4 aspect slots because you chose barb”.
Its bad enough with needing to use a 2hander on a necro to get blighted aspect up to 240%x, its a furhter kick in the old crown jewels losing a aspect slot just to play minions. And then its an old boot to the kisser while you are lying on the floor knowing barbs having +4 weapon stats and tempers on top of yours. No wonder barbs are on 250k hp and i have geared full HP and have just 51k life on my necro LOL.
Give necros a free 200k hp please and let us put 4 aspects on our weapon LOL

Perhaps to balance that is to allow Necros to have 2 additional ring slots.
Sorcerers has 1 additional amulet slot and a ring slot.
Or have a unique slot for necro. (Like a Charm or Token in Diablo 3 followers system)
Barbs shouldn’t be able to wear any armor on their upper body and jewellery feels out of place on them, too. 
All this about barbs: keep in mind, it’s not just 4x the weapons and aspects, but more thna 4x the cost to temper and masterwork, something like 12x, and enchanting is probably also 12x.

In this case, i rather have the barb. Building one right now actually. Lawl
fake or not, people work as they always have: wanting what they don’t have. Enjoy your barb, I did, and I moved on.
i would take that extra cost any day of the week. tempering/masterworking is fun.
infact I would argue they get 4x more fun!
More upgrading and item progression is not a downside foe me lol
Yeah this topic has been around for a while, I think putting it on Kalan’s is now very welcome as now that key passive is boreing af, and don’t hold any power againts the other keypassives. OR maybe put it on skeletal mage and warrior masteries, so we could have a ton of summons. That could be problematic as it might brake the servers though. XD

Kalan edict could increase the number of minions by “x” basead on inteligence, up to 3 max (mages/warriors), in adition to atack speed.
To balance stuffs, let the shadowblight aspect that increase damage x120%, work only with shadow damage.
And increase cult leader cap to something reasonable to compensade the damage loss.

I believe it’s good that blighted works with all damage. It’s always an option to add to any build just like the corpse package. The possibility of using Black River and Blighted CE on e.g. a blood build is an interesting path.
The blighted aspect might just be too strong. Its relative power compared to other aspects is quite large. Some of that power could be moved elsewhere for shadow builds.
