Hello my name is matthew Heathscott Jr im reaching out because ive been having issues with diablo 4 for some time now with the platinum store and i love this game so id like to get this resolved.
THAT BEING SAID MY ISSUES ARE AS STATED:
when i got my taxes i had splurged on the game a good amount of money and somehow wound up (-1500 platinum), recently i got (200 platinum) from the battle pass then bought (5700 platinum) to bring my total up too (4400 Platinum) since then i have been trying to buy the nether lion skin for my mount before it goes out of rotation in the store but it keeps giving me the error code “332023” saying i don’t have enough platinum for the purchase, im not even sure how i wound up negative in the first place but i would really appreciate if this could get dealt with please i appreciate all the help and support from you guys i hope you have an amazing day/week/weekend.
