The latest patch note in the web page I’ve bookmarked is December 5, 2024.
Ok, fine, you want each page for each year. I can learn to understand that.
However, blue text on black background is hard to read.

I vote for a nice orange text for any changes made between the PTR and final patch notes, otherwise just keep it a white text. Also I agree with you, they keep changing where the patch notes are. Even clicking on the ‘Patch Notes’ link on the main page goes to the older patch notes from last year, not this year. You have to go to ‘News’ first, then click on the ‘Diablo IV Patch Notes’ blurb.

Don’t counting on being able to scan the page for colored changes, either. They miss things all of the time.
The professionalism when it comes to the patch notes has been in decline for some time. Whomever does the final QC to approve the patch must be the final editor on the patch notes, too.

I agree OP. Giving us just the updates from the PTR and in bad blue text format just doesn’t cut it. I’d like to be able to read all the changes from the patch I’m playing to the next patch I will be playing in one place in legible text
