Please move the summoning altar away from the middle, I can’t pickup my loot if the boss dies too quickly. Place it like Sir Gregoire where it is off center.

If i could like this a billion times to it moves to the top i would. So tired of fighting that altar with trying to pick up loot with a controller. Switching to a mouse is annoying because you’re trying to move fast. Not to mention the game never prioritizes loot in the open world. Have to pick up all the trash first, then you can pick up the things you want to actually pick up. Blizz, you really need to look in to this one.

I agree 100%. Blizzard, please offset the summoning alters on those bosses where it is in the middle. Most notable are Beast in Ice, Andariel, And Varshan. Late game farming is a nightmare when they die right on top of the things.

Absolutely agree with this. Each of the altars need to be moved for Andariel, Beast in Ice and Varshan. I don’t know that there are any others that need them moved, but those 3 make getting loot impossible when I can literally kill them almost as soon as they’ve spawned.

yes. agree. please do this. the boss always seems to die on the alter and can’t pick up loot. -well, if this system of summoning even stays the same, please move the alter to near the entrance of the room.
Along with moving the altar, how about popping up a stash box… AND a full dump all inventory into stash option

Here is a tip, i move my character to the altar, the most closest possible, teleport to town, go back, i spawn over the altar, and it letme pick all the items without touching the altar, also restarting the dungeon sends all the items to stash too. I hope it helps
Totally agree. Lost a ga ring of starless skies cause it was blocked behind an alter and couldn’t get to it. Left the dungeon via teleport to get more boss summon items and then due to server lag or whatever the ring was gone. Wouldn’t have been a problem if the alter didn’t eat up so much space
i came here to post the exact same thing. either move the altar or make loot drop in a circular fashion like it does from the GA chest at the end of hordes. Blizzard you can choose, whatever is easier for you. this is a small change for our QoL on console. we deserve at least this much since you wont let us play the damn PTR. imho if you want players to give feedback on how your game is broke or needs changing then you should probably care about what console players have to say. please fix altars at least!!!
Zir, Duriel, and Grigoire are ok. The others are not. Andy is the worst.
At the very least, change the access button for altars on console to Triangle.
Agree! PC party members don’t seem to have this issue because they have a mouse which I hear is easier to locate and select items.
Now I run to the center right when the boss is going to drop and quickly pickup my items. Seems to be the best work around for now until the alter is moved.
OR they could fix the way we have to pick up every item just to get the single one we wanted b/c there is absolutely NO way to smart loot the ground while on a console.
It’s pick up all or get nothing.
