Can we please have an option to turn off face tattoos? There’s a lot of the tattoos options that looks amazing but then the face looks freaking ugly. If we had the option to just remove the face part I can actually make a character that I like with the tattoos that I like.

I want to have the body tattoo but not the face tattoo portion. Just wanted to make myself more clear.
