My Barbarian items yesterday, after the update, disappeared, and were just some parts and items from the bag. All the items are favorites, so it was impossible to have done anything with them.
I already opened a ticket, but they didn’t respond to me.
I sent PRINTS to confirm.
Try to help me, I only play Barbarian and it took me a while to get what I had. 300h
I’m from Brazil, here it was around 2:30 pm ~ 2:40 pm. As soon as you made the update. The game crashed. And that happened!
I would really appreciate it if someone from the staff could help me.

Dupe items will vanish eventually when they take action.
As above said, if you traded for those items, they were likely dupes.
I explained everything that happened, including my barbarian’s items that disappeared. I sent prints proving everything. That were not crafted, nor thrown on the ground.
Because they are always favorites. Some of them were mythical, they don’t even pass in trade. If I had crafted ones, the abducites would be inside the bag and there would be a lot of them. And there were less than 2000, and they would have at least the craft sparks. And no, there was nothing like that.
They simply disappeared.
I lost my various items from my Barbarrian
I saw several people complaining about the same problem and apparently no one is going to solve it.
I received a ticket telling me they can’t do anything.
This is disrespectful to us players.
I haven’t played this game since yesterday.
I dedicate my time, spend money in the game, because I like the skins and everything. And you can’t give us support because of your mistake?

This is only on STEAM. On BattleNet it should simply be twice as much.
This is very disrespectful. You will end up losing your loyal players because of things like this. Unfortunately!
