I Bought The Unltimate Edition of Diablo 4 on playstation 4 through the playstation store and i only received the standard edition once downloaded.

Got the same problem here, on PS5.
Only allowed to download the standard version!
Where is my ultimate edition??

I have the same issue. Have you had any resolution?
Please verify that you have the cosmetic rewards in game. I don’t think you are going to have anything specifically labeling the game “Ultimate”.
Granted I’m on PC, but mine doesn’t say Ultimate anywhere either, but I have the rewards from it.
Also keep in mind, the Tier skip thing is only for when the first season starts and its for the battlepass.
Someone else thought that because they didn’t get the tier skips, they didn’t get the Ultimate… These are skips for the battle pass, not the character leveling.
