I have never has a issue with D4 before, this crash start happen to me after Season 7 started, all other games like Throne of liberity and Black myth wukong, D2R has no issue at all, but D4 keep crash for me, so stress out, that I dont know how to fix it, or blizzard actually care anymore.
I really hope some pure soul can help me out, so I can play this games again 
I have a ASUS TUF RTX.3070 8gb Vram.
