There is a visual bug, at least on Sorc that shows 2 helmets/hats at the same time. You can save wardrobe and exit and it will always come back immediately in the paperdoll/character and load screens.
EDITED - it is the giant, bronze sun helmet with a veil that is worn WITH whatever else you equip. If you take off helm, in game it shows no helm, but in paperdoll/loading screens PRAISE THE SUN!. So annoying!!!
I have exactly the same bug on my sorc, on pc. Helm from Mother’s Mercy set is all the time visible on any other helm that I will put on.
For such a small issue, it SURE IS ANNOYING!!!
Same here for my Sorc. Some random helm is visible, even though I have nothing equipped.

Same here on pc, I don’t even have the veil as an available transmog. It looks so stupid, i HATE the one that’s stuck!

Having the same issue. Had to switch to the seasonal armor to at least not have the vail head piece. Please fix soon, it’s driving me nuts

The problem is the Axial Conduit pants transmog that is causing it. Change transmogs and it will go away.

Every time I tell my self this game isn’t trash. Something like this happens. They need to fix bugs. This game isn’t captivating enough to be dealing with bugs constantly. A helm I have never wore once is glitched on my head. Great job blizzard. From busted trade to glitched out gear. Y’all did a horrible job thanks. No refunds ofc….
